The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 6th floor, ocean view, 2-bedroom apartment located at the Sea Watch Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. This condo is fully furnished and the layout will comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.
As of Spring 2023 this entire unit was completely updated! We could not be more excited to share these updates with you! To start the entire condo was newly painted with vibrant coastal colors! The floors were replaced with luxury vinyl plank throughout. New plantation shutters were installed throughout. The kitchen features all new stainless appliances, new tiled backsplash that carries on the entire bar area, and new quartz countertops. In the living room and bedrooms beautiful high-end furnishings were installed along with new coastal decor! Guests will be blown away at this stunning one of a kind vacation rental!
Upon arrival, guests will enter into the foyer. To the right guests will find one of the two bedrooms! This bedroom is considered the guest bedroom and features 2 full size beds, a dresser for storage, a nightstand, a wall mounted TV and a window for natural light! Across the hall from the bedroom guests will find the guest bathroom. The bathroom features floor to ceiling shiplap on the walls, tub/shower combo, vanity, and toilet.
Continuing through the apartment, guests will find the kitchen situated between the guest bedroom and the living room. The kitchen offers full-size, stainless steel appliances, and ample counter/cabinet space for cooking meals and storage. Guests will enjoy new counter tops, beautiful subway-tile backsplash which carries over the entire bar area, and an oversized kitchen sink. The dishwasher makes clean-up a breeze! As of 2021, the kitchen was completely renovated and the appliances were installed brand new.
Entering into the living room, guests will find the most relaxing part of the entire condo! The living room is open and spacious, and features stunning views of the ocean. The 6th floor offers such great views; not too high, not too low! The living room features a sofa, accent chair, LED fireplace, cable TV, bar chairs, small glass table and chairs, and access to the private balcony. It's truly a beautiful space within the apartment!
Just off the living room guests will find the master bedroom. This bedroom features a king-sized bed, large wall mounted TV, dresser for storage, access to the private ocean view balcony, and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom features floor to ceiling shiplap on the walls, a tub/shower combo, vanity, and toilet.
Pack light! We provide our guests with 8 bath towels, 8 washcloths, soap shampoo, lotion, conditioner, makeup wipes, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more!
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
Our guests will have access to all Sea Watch Resort amenities, including: 6 outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools, lazy river, kiddie pools, and 10 hot tubs! Also onsite are tennis courts and a work out room. Guests will also have access to the onsite restaurant that is open for breakfast and lunch, as well as the Tiki Bar. There is a coffee and ice cream shop onsite that our guests can enjoy. Please note that hours of operation are subject to change depending on the season.
Sea Watch is a PRIME location situated just South of the North Myrtle Beach border. The resort is also in close proximity to Barefoot Landing, Duplin Winery, Alligator Adventure, and the North Myrtle Beach Regional Airport. In addition, Sea Watch is only a short 20 minute drive to the attractions in central Myrtle Beach; Broadway At The Beach, Myrtle Beach Convention Center, and just a short drive to the Boardwalk and SkyWheel. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access at the resort.
