These attractions are within a 10 minute drive of the property.

At the back of the home, guests will have access to a full size deck and gas grill. Just down the steps, guests will enjoy a private pool, as well as access to the floating dock. Guests can put their boat in the water and navigate over to the house! Tie up your boat and jet skis with ease! Guests will also have access to a game room that features a pool table and other various games. As of 2022, the interior of the home has been nicely updated with new flooring, new kitchen cabinets, new appliances, new furniture, new TV's, and so much more!
Have a fur baby? Yes, they are welcome too! Our guests are able to bring up to 2 pets (dog or cat) with a paid pet fee. To keep this rental maintained as good as possible, we do ask that pets not be allowed on the sofa or living room furniture. In addition, when guests leave, we do ask that the pets be crated until their owners return. This is important not only for the care of the property, but also for vendors, pest control, maintenance, and housekeeping personnel who may need to enter the property. Vendors may not be able to provide necessary services if pets are not crated, and we appreciate your understanding!
Pack light! We provide our guests with 8 towels, 8 washcloths, 1 hand towel, 1 bath mat, soap shampoo, lotion, and conditioner per bathroom. Bedding, pillows, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay are included. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more!
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
