This apartment is fully furnished and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining area, full kitchen, and an oversized patio with great views of the World Tour Golf Course. The master bedroom features a king bed, dresser, TV, closet for storage, and access to the master bathroom. The master bath features a tub/shower, toilet, vanity, and mirror.
Making our way through the apartment, guests will find the fully-stocked kitchen centrally located in the apartment. The kitchen features plentiful counter space, granite countertops, spacious cabinetry, double-compartment sink, full size stove, fridge, freezer, and mounted microwave. There is a washer and dryer located in the utility closet on the back side of the kitchen. We also provide all basic kitchen necessities that include dishes, plates, cups, silverwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, cooking utensils, and much more!
The living room and dining room are located just off from the kitchen. The living room features 1 sofa, TV, accent chairs, modern decor, and access to the private balcony. The dining area is shared with the living room and sits just beside the living room TV. This area offers a dining table and chairs. The living room is truly the most relaxing area of the entire apartment. This apartment was beautifully decorated and the modern decor & furnishings really make this rental one-of-a-kind!
The guest bedroom features 2 queen size beds and is perfect for sleeping 2-4 guests. Guests will have access to a linen closet for storage, dresser, overhead lighting, and window that provides natural light. Guests will also have access to the 2nd bathroom from this bedroom. The bedroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, and toilet.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
World Tour is a golf course community that features outdoor pools, putting green, golf course views, easy access to the beach, and so much more. This apartment is only 2 miles from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall.
