WOW! This oceanfront studio is calling your name! Check out this newly renovated oceanfront condo at the Sun-N-Sand Resort. This glorified hotel room features 1 king bed and boasts endless, panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. As of March 2019, our guests will enjoy brand new furniture, new tile flooring, new fridge, fresh paint, and new beachy decor. This oceanfront rental is ideal for 2 guests. Other features include a private bathroom, microwave, coffee maker, cable TV, complimentary resort wifi, and fresh towels and linens for each guest.
This rental does not have a balcony, but our guests love the breathtaking view from the glass windows.
Please note that there is a small knob on the side of the bed frame that controls the lights underneath the bed. In addition, keeping the curtains closed will help regulate comfortable room temperatures. The glass windows can allow an excessive amount of heat inside the room, especially during the summer.
Please Note: The HOA is in the middle of several renovations. We do not have an exact calendar of when this will be finished. Currently, they are painting the exterior of the building. This is out of our control and we apologize for any inconvenience.
