This condo is completely updated as of Spring 2020, featuring new flooring, new mattresses and bedding, new bed frame and headboard, new AC unit, and much more! This 11th-floor unit features beautiful South-facing views and offers 1 king bed, 1 full-size sleeper sofa, private balcony, cable TV, resort wifi, dining table, and adjustable AC/Heat. This apartment will comfortably accommodate 2 guests in the king bed, and 2 additional guests on the sleeper sofa. If you're planning your next vacation, unit 51105 is perfect for a couple or small family looking to enjoy a nice, clean, updated rental. If more space is needed, rent this room AND others at the SAME resort, possibly even the SAME floor (ask us how)!

Our guests also enjoy having access to a full kitchen within the apartment. The full kitchen features a full-size fridge, stove, microwave, and kitchen sink. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short drive or Uber. Uber Eats, Door Dash, Postmates, and Grubhub have become very popular and convenient options as well.

Sea Mist also offers numerous indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, sauna, onsite restaurants, a huge arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to enjoy before relaxing in this beautiful unit. (Please note that the mini waterpark across street and movie theater are not available to our guests.)
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate for the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
While we do our absolute best to ensure that all of our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Our rates reflect the age of the resort, décor, and condition of the amenities. We encourage all of our guests to do their own due diligence on the resorts and the area on all of our listings!
