Conveniently located to everything along the Grand Strand, the Meridian is a perfect location for our guests.
As of January 2024, this condo had some stunning renovations, and we could not be more excited to share them with you! For starters, in the bedroom the two full size beds were replaced with a brand-new king-size bed! There is also a luggage/ suitcase rack! Two new accent walls were installed, one in the bedroom and one in the living room! Guests will love the modern feel these accents give! In the kitchen all new stainless-steel appliances were installed along with new granite counter tops and added cabinet space! This condo is a showstopper and guests will love how warm and welcoming it is!
This 1-bedroom apartment has several unique features! For starters a mix of large tiles and luxury vinyl plank floors flow beautifully throughout the entire apartment. This vacation rental has interior opaque glass doors across the entire wall leading to the oversized balcony, a large wall mounted TV in the living room, and ceiling fan. We provide all basic cookware, kitchen necessities, utensils, glassware, and more. For guests who prefer to dine out, the Meridian Plaza is within a short walk or ride to many of Myrtle Beach's most popular dining outlets. Food delivery services like Uber and DoorDash are also very popular options as well. The kitchen offers a full-size fridge, microwave, stove/oven, sink, and more.
The living room is located at the very front of the apartment. This space is furnished with a queen size sleeper sofa, small island with new bar stools for eating, large wall mounted TV, beautiful accent wall, access to the private balcony, accent chair, and more. The living area is truly the most relaxing space in the condo. Our guests love having their own, oversized, private balcony, and many have submitted photos of gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, dolphins, boats, surfers, and so much more!
The Meridian Plaza offers 1 indoor and 1 outdoor pool, as well as 1 indoor and 1 outdoor hot tub. Onsite laundry is available to our guests as well! We do not provide beach chairs, but guests can rent them seasonally from lifeguards on the beach.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
Our guests love the convenience of a keyless door lock. While we are here to assist our guests with whatever they may need, there will be no need to meet at our office for keys or parking passes. Whether you plan to arrive at the time of check in, or if you're arriving late at night, your door codes will give you access to the lobby and apartment during your stay!
