The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 1st floor oceanfront studio apartment at The Palace Resort in Myrtle Beach. This oceanfront condo is fully furnished with 1 queen size bed, two loveseats that convert to twin size sleeper sofas, and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests!
In Spring 2023, this apartment had some renovations done and we can't be more excited to share them with you. To start, in the kitchen, brand new stainless steel appliances were installed and compliment the cabinets and countertops tremendously! In the bathroom the shower was updated from floor to ceiling. A beautiful, tile, tub/shower combo was installed. New ceramic tile floors were installed as well! The bathroom also features a vanity, sink, and bathroom mirror.
Entering into the living area, guests will find the most relaxing part of the entire condo! This floor plan is open and spacious, and features endless views of the Atlantic ocean. The living room offers a new queen size mattress and bedframe, two love seats sofa chairs that converts to twin size beds, a wall mounted TV, a coffee table, and access to the oceanfront balcony.
The kitchen area is also located just off from the living area. The kitchen features full-size stainless steel appliances, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cabinet space for storage, kitchen sink, and so much more. Cooking a meal or snack will not be a problem. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers hundreds of dining options, many of which are within a short walk or drive from the Palace Resort. Many restaurants in the area offer delivery, but if not, guests can rely on food delivery options like Uber Eats and DoorDash.
Throughout the condo, guests will enjoy new laminate floors, new furniture, and modern décor as of Spring 2023! The homeowners spared no expense. Guests will have access to a linen closet for storage. The AC and water heater are located in a separate area beside the linen closet. The glass windows and sliding glass door in the living area truly allow for the most breathtaking views.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.
