This is an absolutely incredible, completely renovated, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo located at the Palace Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 4th floor, ocean view, apartment. The condo is fully furnished and the layout will accommodate 6 guests.
Upon arrival, guests will enter into the kitchen and living room area. Unlike many 2-bedroom rentals in town, you do not have to walk through the bedroom to get in and out of the condo! Directly to the right is where the first bedroom and one of the two full bathrooms are located. The bedroom features two twin beds, dresser, TV with basic cable, and access to the private ocean view balcony!
Directly across the hall from this bedroom guests will find the first bathroom. This bathroom was completely remodeled and features a shower, vanity with sink, mirror, and toilet.
Entering into the living room, guests will find the most relaxing part of the entire condo! The living room is open and spacious, and features endless, Northern views of the ocean. The 4th floor offers such great views; not too high, not too low! The living room offers a dining table and chairs, queen-sized sleeper sofa, accent chairs, end tables, TV stand with cable TV, and access to the ocean view balcony.
The kitchen area is also located just off from the living area. The kitchen features full-size appliances, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dish washer, coffee maker plentiful cabinet space for storage, kitchen sink, and so much more. The countertops are newly installed custom granite and compliment the cabinets and appliances very well! We provide all basic cookware, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, glassware, dishes, etc.
Moving past the kitchen guests will find the second bedroom. This bedroom features a queen size bed, dresser, TV with basic cable, nightstand, closest for storage, and access to the private ocean view balcony! Guests will enjoy the private ensuite bathroom. Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.
