The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 3rd floor, direct ocean front, completely renovated condo at the Grande Cayman Resort in Myrtle Beach. This 1-bedroom suite is fully furnished with 1 king size bed, one full sized murphy bed, and a sleeper sofa. This layout offers a beautiful living space with a couch, sofa chair, TV with cable, a small dining table with chairs, and beautiful direct ocean front views from the private balcony right off the living area.
As of January 2024, this condo has been completely renovated and features some of the most beautiful, modern updates. To start, the entire unit was repainted with warm and welcoming colors. In the bedroom, the 2 queen beds were replaced with a brand-new king-size bed! A stunning shiplap feature wall was installed with an LED fireplace as well! Guests will love relaxing by the fire! New décor was placed throughout the unit giving a coastal feel! In the living room another accent wall was installed with a wall mounted TV. 2 new arcade machines were also installed, one in the bedroom and one in the living room! Even when it is raining these games will provide endless entertainment! The owner spared no expense! New rugs, accents, and a new large smart TV were also installed in the unit.
Guests will enter the condo into the living room. The living room is the most popular area of the apartment, and it features a new sofa that converts to a queen size bed, new accent chair, beautiful accent wall with wall mounted TV, new arcade machine, AC / Heat unit, and a dining table with stools.
Making your way through the apartment, the kitchen and bathroom are centrally located between the bedroom and living room. The kitchen offers full size appliances, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and plentiful cabinet space. We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride from the resort. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options.
The full size bathroom has been beautifully updated and features a tub with tiled shower walls, toilet, vanity with oversized LED mirror, sink, granite counter top, and new flooring.
Making your way into the bedroom area, guests will be blown away by the oceanfront views. The bedroom is furnished with 1 king size bed, a full-size murphy bed (wall bed), stunning shiplap accent wall with LED fireplace and new wall mounted smart TV, new Pacman arcade machine, dresser, and access to the private oceanfront balcony! This space has been completely updated with new flooring, fresh paint and accent walls, new decor, new beds, and an adjustable AC / Heat unit.
Grande Cayman offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, bars, restaurants, laundry facility, arcade, rooftop mini golf course, and so much more. The fitness center is not accessible by our guests.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi, as well as free parking. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid-stay cleaning requests for a small fee.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
The Grande Cayman is located at 72nd Avenue in Myrtle Beach. Being on the North end of town, guests can easily commute to central Myrtle Beach within 10 minutes. A very short drive or Uber! North Myrtle Beach is about the same distance away. This is truly a perfect location and easily accessible to all restaurants, shopping, dining, and other local attractions.
