A Place At The Beach Unit 511 Description
The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 5th floor, beautifully decorated, direct oceanfront, 2-bedroom apartment located at A Place At The Beach in North Myrtle Beach. This apartment is fully furnished with 1 queen bed, and 1 bunk bed. The layout of this rental will comfortably accommodate 5 guests.
This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other rentals at the resort are much smaller and do not have the updates that this unit offers!
As of Spring 2023 a few updates have been made and we could not be more excited to share them with you. For starters the entire vacation rental was freshly painted with welcoming colors! All the baseboards were freshly painted as well. In the bathroom a new shower curtain was installed as well as a new toilet seat and area rugs! In the living room a new area rug was installed. Lastly new patio furniture was placed on the private oceanfront balcony!

Upon entering, guests will find the master bedroom just off to the left of the main entry door. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, dresser and mirror, closet for storage, TV, and access to the master bathroom. The master bath features a vanity, mirrors, toilet, and tub/shower combo.
When you enter the apartment and take a right, this is where the kitchen is located. The kitchen is located in the middle of the apartment and features full size appliances, stove, oven, microwave, stainless steel fridge, granite countertops, and an abundance of cabinet space for storage. Guests love being able to cook full meals and snacks in the fully-stocked kitchen. We provide all silverware, dishes, plates, cups, cookware and cooking utensils, and more. All of your basic kitchen necessities are provided!
Entering into the living room, guests will immediately be able to see the Atlantic Ocean through the windows and glass balcony doors. The living room is truly the most relaxing area of the entire apartment and features an oversized flat screen TV, accent chairs, and beautiful, beachy decor. Guests will access the oceanfront balcony from the living room, and many guests have spotted dolphins and gorgeous sunsets! There is also a dining table and chairs located in this space as well.
Just off from the living room is where the second bedroom is located. In this bedroom, guests will have access to a bunk bed. The bottom bunk offers a queen-sized bed and the top bunk offers a twin bed. This room features a TV and dresser for storage. It's a small bedroom, but it's enough space to sleep and relax after a long day at the beach!
Pack light! We provide our guests with 16 bath towels, 16 washcloths, soap shampoo, lotion, conditioner, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more!
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. Additionally, we have recently lowered our cleaning fee! The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
A Place At The Beach is a mid-rise condo complex located in North Myrtle Beach. This resort is only 1 mile from Barefoot Landing, Hamburger Joes, Cracker Barrel, Alligator Adventure, Duplin Winery, and so many other attractions. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.
