Check out this direct oceanfront, 1-bedroom condo located at the Sand Dunes Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. This condo is nice and clean, and features beautiful flooring and decor. Many condos have carpeting, but this unit has been nicely updated with laminate flooring. Upon arrival, guests will enter through the bedroom area. The bedroom offers 2 full size beds, night stand, dresser, TV, closet for storage, and a sink with vanity and mirror. Will sleep a total of 4 guests.
The kitchen is located in between the bedroom and living room. As of Winter 2022 new countertops, cabinets, and tile back splash has been installed. The kitchen has been newly updated and features a microwave, dishwasher, cooktop, and kitchen sink. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware, utensils, dishes and cups, and everything you may need to whip something up! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short drive or by foot. Of course, many restaurants offer delivery as well. Food delivery services such as Uber Eats and DoorDash have become very popular options for our guests as well.
The living room sits on the front of the condo and offers endless, panoramic oceanfront views. This is by far the most popular space in the entire condo! The living room features a full-size sleeper sofa that will comfortably accommodate 1-2 guests. In addition, the living room features a coffee table, end table with lamps, TV with cable, small dining table and chairs, and access to the oceanfront balcony. The living room features modern and stylish beach decor and colors! Just behind the kitchen, guests will find the full-size bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower, toilet, vanity with sink, and mirror. All bath towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. A hair dryer is also provided for your use as well.
Sand Dunes also offers numerous indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, sauna, onsite restaurants, huge arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to enjoy before relaxing in this beautiful unit.
Other Amenities and Entertainment: **PLEASE NOTE** Our guests do NOT have access to the on site waterpark or the movie theater. They do, however, have access to many other amenities such as:

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! If desired, we can accommodate daily housekeeping or mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee. Just let us know what you need and we'll be happy to work with you!
Guests should be advised that this is a non-smoking resort. Smoking is prohibited in the studio AND on the balcony. Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained. Sand Dunes Resort does not allow motorcycles or pets. The kiddie water park behind the resort is a privately owned facility and access to it is restricted.
