This ocean front condo sits on the 4th floor and is fully furnished with 2 full size beds and a queen sleeper sofa. The layout of this rental will comfortably accommodate 4-6 guests. As of Summer 2022, the unit has been refreshed with some beautiful accents and decor. New rugs and throw pillows were installed, new end tables, new decor and wall art, new lamps, and a new accent chair; these are just a few of the updates! New Smart TV's have also been installed! As of Fall 2022, a new washer and dryer was installed! Guests will need to provide their own login credentials to access the apps and streaming channels.
This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other rentals at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped. This apartment offers beautiful updates and renovations as of Summer 2022. To start, a new sleeper sofa was installed in the living room and new vinyl flooring was added in both bedrooms. All other areas feature tile!
The kitchen is very spacious and is one of the features that separates this condo from many other resorts and rentals. Very few rentals offer an oversized kitchen like this condo and other rentals here at Buena Vista. We provide all basic cookware, utensils, dishes and silverware, and glassware; everything you will need to cook a full meal for the family. This listing also features a full-size dishwasher, fridge, and stove, as well as small appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.
The living area is possibly the most comfortable area of the apartment. Guests can relax on the sofa or accent chairs and watch TV. The dining table and chairs sit in between the living room and the kitchen.
Each bedroom features 1 full size bed, dresser, closet for storage, and windows for natural light. Each bedroom will comfortably accommodate 2 guests.
The outdoor pool and sundeck is also located on the 4th floor, and guests can easily walk out to the pool from condo #402. Please keep in mind that Buena Vista is a 100% smoke-free complex, and smoking is not permitted on the balconies or at the pool area. Guests will be fined $300 if this rule is broken.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid stay cleaning requests for a small fee.
