If you're looking for an updated, clean, and spacious vacation rental, look no further! Check out this 17th floor, 1 bedroom suite at the Bay View Resort in Myrtle Beach. This 1 bedroom apartment is fully furnished with 1 queen bed, 1 queen sleeper sofa, and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. This unique layout offers oversized living space for our guests. Other rentals at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! Our guests enjoy having their own private balcony where they can relax and enjoy miles of city views.
As of February 2021, this rental has been updated with new flooring and fresh paint throughout. A new sofa was installed, as well as a new kitchen table and chairs. Guests will also appreciate new, beachy decor throughout the condo.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, dishwasher detergent, soap, shampoo, lotion, makeup wipes, and conditioner.
The apartment is a true 1-bedroom unit which means there is an actual bedroom with a door for privacy. Upon entering the apartment, guests will enter through the living room where they will find a queen sleeper sofa, coffee table, and an entertainment stand with flat screen TV. The washer and dryer is located just as you walk in the condo to the right. Guests will also access the private balcony from the living room.
Guests will then arrive at the kitchen that offers plentiful cabinet space, full size appliances, and plenty of cookware, utensils, cups, plates, and all basic cooking necessities. Guests will have access to a stove, microwave, full size fridge / freezer, dishwasher, and even small appliances such as a toaster and coffee maker. The dining table is located in-between the kitchen and living room.
Just behind the kitchen is where the bedroom is located. The bedroom offers a locked door for privacy and features a queen-sized bed, dresser and closet for storage, window for natural light, and a TV with basic cable. The full size bathroom is located just beside the bedroom and offers a tub/shower combo, oversized mirror and vanity, granite countertop, and toilet.
Bay View offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and covered pools, mushroom waterfall, hot tub, lazy river, kiddie pool, splash pad, sunbathing lawn, onsite Starbucks, and fitness center.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, dishwasher detergent, soap, shampoo, lotion, makeup wipes, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
