If you're looking for the perfect vacation rental, the search ends here. This recently updated studio sits on the 10th floor of the Palace Resort and offers amazing oceanfront views of the Atlantic ocean. It comfortably sleeps 4 guests with one queen bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa.
This rental has been updated with new flooring, fresh paint, new beachy decor, and so much more. The kitchen features oversized granite countertops, full-size appliances, and new cabinets. Our guests love the size of the kitchen and the ability to cook full meals at their convenience. The kitchen is also equipped with a dishwasher.
The new appliances and updated cabinets compliment the tile backsplash tremendously. Our guests will enjoy a beautifully decorated studio with new furniture! This is truly an incredible rental that boasts endless views of the ocean, and our guests love staying here. This rental offers a beachfront experience that feels more like an apartment, and less like a traditional hotel room and so many of our guests prefer to stay here vs. other resorts for this exact reason.
Feel free to pack light as this condo is equipped with all necessary supplies such as bedding, linens, pillows, quilts, towels, dishes, cookware, utensils, silverware, coffee pot, and toaster. We'll even provide some starter toiletries that include soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, dishwasher detergent, makeup wipes, and more. We ask our guests to please excuse the chips in the base of the shower. The photos will show some minor wear and tear to the surface, but the tub will be clean and perfectly useable for our guests.
We are very excited to have you, and we are confident that you will enjoy everything that this rental has to offer!
Please note the Palace Resort is currently renovating and refinishing all of their on-site water features. The contractor is currently working on refinishing the spas and will move to the pools next. The project is expected to be completed by the first week of April but is dependent on weather conditions. Our prices reflect these closures and no refunds will be given due to this.
