Check out this recently updated vacation rental! This condo is completely updated as of 2020, featuring new flooring, new mattresses, new bed frame, fresh paint, new decor, new appliances, and tub and shower, brand new full-size sleeper sofa, and the list goes on! This 9th-floor unit offers beautiful North-facing views and offers 1 king bed, 1 full-size sleeper sofa, private balcony, cable TV, resort wifi, dining table, and adjustable AC/Heat.
This apartment will comfortably accommodate 2 guests in the king bed, and 2 guests on the sleeper sofa. If more space is needed, rent this room AND others at the SAME resort, possibly even the SAME floor (ask us how)! Aside from the gorgeous room, guests will also have access to a full bathroom that comes stocked with towels and toiletries.
Our guests also enjoy having access to a full kitchen within the apartment. The fully updated kitchen features brand new appliances including a full-size fridge, new stove, new microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware, utensils, dishes and cups, and everything you'll need to cook! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short drive or Uber. Uber Eats, Postmates, and Grubhub have become very popular and convenient options as well.
While the Sea Mist is a 65 year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests truly love the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.
Sea Mist also offers numerous indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, sauna, onsite restaurants, huge arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to enjoy before relaxing in this beautiful unit. (Please note that the mini waterpark across street and movie theater are not available to our guests.)
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
While we do our absolute best to ensure that all of our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Our rates reflect the age of the resort, décor, and condition of the amenities. We encourage all of our guests to do their own due diligence on the resorts and the area on all of our listings!
