Meridian 1005 Description

Every conceivable detail went into the composition of this stunning designer apartment with no expense spared. The Owner carefully selected a premier 10th floor location while keeping foremost in the modern design, the unit's space, privacy and quietness. Upon entering, one is immediately captivated by the modern and architectural touches, furnishings, art and recessed lighting. 

Large tile floors (laid on the diagonal) flow beautifully throughout the entire apartment. 

Coordinated draperies, modern hardware, interior opaque glass doors, a 60" TV in the living room, fireplace, Casablanca fan, designer kitchen cabinets, corian sink and counter tops are a further testament to its thoughtful planning.  The bedroom boasts a King Size bed, two large night stands with 3 drawers each, a 50" TV, a closet with additional drawers.  The bathroom has a pedestal sink, new toilet (self closing top), a bathtub/shower with sliding glass doors, a large modern stainless steel stand with 6 glass shelves for handy storage. The balcony is extremely private with a fabulous ocean view and the best part is not having neighbors peering in. It's a wonderful backdrop for morning coffee or evening hors d'oeuvres and drinks. An exceptional apartment awaits those with discerning tastes.

Be sure to pack light, as all towels and linens are provided!  Our guests will also enjoy starter toiletry items such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.  If you are looking for a modern vacation rental that has been properly maintained, look no further.  

Parking is available right across the street in our parking deck and one space is included with your stay. Additional parking is available in the city lot next to the parking deck and on the street. The city parking is metered and there are daily rates to park there. If you have additional cars please let us know as soon as possible so we can try to make arrangements for additional permits for you. Trailers are not permitted on property or in the parking deck. There is limited high profile vehicle parking on the first level of the parking deck on a first come first served basis.
