The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 9th floor, ocean view condo at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach. This condo is fully furnished with 1 king bed, 1 queen sleeper sofa, and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. Our guests enjoy having their own private balcony where they can relax and enjoy the views of the ocean.
As of Spring 2023 this vacation rental has been completely renovated and features some truly breathtaking updates. We couldn't be more excited to share them with you! To start, all carpeting was removed and new LVP flooring was installed throughout. New baseboards were installed, and the entire unit was repainted with modern and welcoming colors!
A brand new king-size bed frame and mattress were installed, along with a new queen-size sleeper sofa. Allowing for a maximum of 4 guests to stay in this unit. This makes the space perfect for a small family or group of friends.
Upon entering, guests will enter through a small hallway. The kitchen area is to the left of the main entrance and features a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, cabinet space, small counter top with a sink, and everything you need to prepare a small snack! We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride from the Landmark. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options.
Just behind the kitchen you will find the bathroom. The bathroom features toilet, vanity, and shower/tub combo.
Making your way into the main living space, guests will be blown away by the stunning views of the ocean. This space features 1 king bed, queen sleeper sofa, nightstand, dresser for storage, TV with standard cable, table and chairs for eating, and access to the private balcony with stunning ocean views.
The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi, as well as free parking.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
The Landmark is known for it's many pool amenity options. While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, free parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not permitted to use the food and beverage outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our rates reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
