Landmark 830 Description

The search for your next vacation stops here!  Check out this 8th floor, direct ocean front condo at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach.  This studio is fully furnished with 1 king size bed, and 1 full sleeper sofa.  A wet bar, full bathroom, and a private balcony with direct ocean front views are also included.  This unique layout offers oversized living space for our guests.  Other rentals at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped!  Our guests enjoy having the sofa where they can relax and enjoy both the views of the ocean, as well as the TV.  The wet bar area includes a sink, cabinet space, a microwave and a mini fridge!  The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors.  The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, bars, restaurants, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more.  

While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, free parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access.  Our guests are not permitted to use the food and beverage outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby.  Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service.  However, we just cannot advertise those amenities.  Our rates reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
