The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this completely updated, direct ocean view condo at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach. This studio is fully furnished with 1 queen bed size bed, 1 full size sleeper sofa, and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. This unique layout offers oversized living space for our guests. Other rentals at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped!
As of Spring 2021, this vacation rental was completely updated! Updates include beautiful waterproof laminate flooring, new dresser, new mattress and box spring, bed frame, new sleeper sofa, new night stand, new kitchen cabinets, and so much more! All walls were freshly painted, and the rental feels very nice and clean.
The kitchenette was renovated as well, and new upper and base cabinets were installed. The old sink and countertop were removed and replaced with new! The white cabinets look very nice and compliment the new furniture very well. In addition, a self-purging dehumidifier was installed to keep the unit dry and free of moisture. The kitchen area includes a sink, cabinet space, a microwave and a full size fridge. Many units at the Landmark only offer a small mini fridge, but we have installed a full size fridge and our guests really appreciate that.
The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. Additionally, we have recently lowered our cleaning fee from $99 to $65! The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
Located at the Landmark resort which is in close proximity to Myrtle Beach's most loved attractions, including Family Kingdom (.8 mi), The Boardwalk & Promenade (1 mi), Broadway at the Beach (4 mi) and only 2 miles from the Airport! The Landmark is known for its many pool amenity options (see below)!
