Guests can enjoy the luxury of having a fully-stocked kitchen, making it convenient for cooking small meals. The layout is perfect and fully furnished with 1 King bed and 1 full size sleeper sofa. This arrangement will comfortably accommodate a total of 4 guests!
Our guests love the convenience of being on the 4th floor. Because the parking deck is attached to the building, guests can often find available parking spaces on the 4th floor and easily access the property without taking any elevators!

This oceanfront apartment has it's own private entrance and is not shared with anyone! It's comparable to a hotel room, but so much nicer and a tad bigger! The condo will accommodate 4 guests comfortably, sleeping 2 guests in the king bed and 2 guests on the full-size sleeper sofa. If you have a large group and need more space, we also have other rentals on the same floor to keep everyone together!
